1. Reservations

All bookings must be made through our website, phone support, or email. A valid credit card is required. Clients must provide accurate pickup details, dates, times, and passenger information.

2. Payments

We accept all major credit cards and approved payment methods. Full fare is charged after the service is completed unless stated otherwise. Additional fees may apply for tolls, parking, wait time, extra stops, or route changes.

3. Passenger & Luggage Information

Passengers must provide correct passenger count and luggage details at the time of booking to ensure an appropriate vehicle is arranged.

4. Personal Belongings

Luxora Limo Car Service is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Passengers must check their items before exiting.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is kept confidential. Personal and payment details are used only for reservations and operations. We do not share data with unauthorized parties. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Delays & Liability

The company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or any circumstances beyond operational control. We are not liable for missed flights, appointments, or schedule disruptions due to delays.

7. No-Show Policy

If the customer is unreachable or fails to appear within the allowed wait time, the ride may be marked as a no-show and charges may apply.

8. Vehicle Damage

Any damage caused by the passenger—including spills, stains, or physical damage—will result in cleaning or repair fees.

9. Overtime Charges

Overtime charges apply if the service exceeds the originally booked duration.

10. Route Changes & Extra Stops

If route changes, additional stops, or extra services are requested, additional fees may apply.

11. Cancellations

Cancellation fees apply based on how close to the pickup time the reservation is canceled.

12. Airport Pickup Requirements

Passengers must provide accurate and updated flight details. Missing or incorrect information may result in wait time charges or rescheduling fees.

13. Vehicle Substitution

If the originally booked vehicle becomes unavailable, an equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be provided at no additional cost.
